I think it would be great! If the towers became unkillable! (Or respawn again in like 3 sec) For me the map is no longer any fun, i dont play in it that much anymore, because its the same again and again, NVA blow up US towers, US loses there bases, and then NVA do raping on the Tango, and game over for US, lol. I leave the server the most of the times, because i hate that map so badly now. But, lets se what happen.

If you edit that in the game.rfa/BigBomb it will null the effect for the mig17's bombs, although its for all maps. Don't feel like looking for the right code for katyusha rocket damage.

cuz we have to stop the server and reinstall all the maps and that takes time

and they havent planned that out yet

Huh? Stop the server and reinstall all the maps? When adding a map through the FTP, you just copy it over (whilst the server is still operational) and change the map to the one you put in the FTP.

your booth right, you dont need to reinstall the server to put on mods. But this autumn we had so much crashes so we decided to a full whipe reinstall. Feels pretty useless to mod a server then whipe it. Then mod it again so we decided to put the mods on after the reinstall. Only thing is that lately the server has been working pretty good so were carefull doing to much with it.

I modded the server today around 11am Europe time. Towers now respawn :)

If they were destroyed by jets in your game, then no. There is no If-Then statement to code it with, therefore it is impossible to code whether it can respawn due to damage from big_bomb_mig.

lol the towers can be destroyed by anything. The c4 and torch only thing you were talking about doesnt seem that realistic ...

Ok now since the map has the "unkillable" towers i think it would be fair for the NVA to change the US cobras for Huey gunships since they now have unlimited heat-seeking rockets from two F-4's and two Cobras.

i just think it would be fair :|
