Have you used the installer from the Hello website and run the setup as an administrator. If not, you could try reinstalling it as an administrator (right click the installer - run as administrator). If there are still no servers after that, I have another idea that may fix this

If you want to get the server list working for all versions installed on your computer you can try the following. But it's a little complicated.

Click your Windows key - search for Notepad, right-click Notepad and run as administrator. In Notepad, click on Open file and from there navigate to the hard drive your Windows is installed on (usually C) enter the Windows folder, then system32 and then drivers, then etc and open the file hosts. The complete path should be something like this C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Add a new line and add the following entries

134.122.16.249 bfvietnam.available.gamespy.com 134.122.16.249 bfvietnam.master.gamespy.com 134.122.16.249 bfvietnam.ms0.gamespy.com

Save the file and your server list should be working again
