I assume there are other players besides me who have kids and would like their kids to be able play BFV online with other kids. But they probably hesitate because there is no kid safe server where language is strongly enforced and parents/guardians don't need to worry about whom their kids are playing with.
My kids have played on Hello before but I had to stop them after a few players were occasionally using inappropriate language. I occasionally allow them to play when my friends or admins are playing. @TheNME @silvia and other players were very helpful in 2018 and 2019 to enforce language rules and guide my kids in the game.
May I suggest a password protected server for kids-only, who must been registered on the forum by their parents/guardians to receive the password.
This server would be only for kids under 16 or 18 with admins assigned to oversee them. I'm sure even non-Hello BFV players would be interested in such a BFV server only for their kids.
