Banned please help

hello I just installed the game yesterday and played about 5 min just testing the installation. Today again I tried at about 10:30 am pacific time played for a few minutes and I was kicked and banned. Reading the forum rules I now realize that Name "player" is not recommended or allowed but I don't know if that is the only reason or if I broke any other rules, please let me know what happened I really would like to play with you guys.

I just had a player using the name player playing disruptively and thought you were the same individual. I will see if I can unban you. It was only a 24 hour ban. Please use an approprate name when you join the server. Thank you
