Refresh Rate

This isn't a problem i've had before as I have a dediacated button that switches my refresh rate on the fly in game but a windows update broke it, I am unable to force bf Vietnam to play at anything but 60hz without it, I've tried looking online and typing the resolution + refresh rate into video.con (in mods/Vietnam/settings but it wont change the current settings, wonder if anyone has any ideas?

Or try the audio fix to force the compatibly mode to NT4. As a side effect you will be able to hear again stars and bars
