In that case we'll start with joining.

Does your game start up? Can you get to the menu?

If so, choose multiplay, internet, addserver.

Input 8.9.30.43 for ip, the port is 15567.

The add the server to your list or just join the server, that choice is yours.

If you are stuck somewhere else, let me know where.

For reference though, information on getting the game running on versions of windows such as vista, 7, 8 and 10 can be found at forum.helloclan.eu/bfv/10

Actually I have already stucked When I try to join I get a message: "banned from server"
I don't know why.
