Never played before, but I'm BANNED?

Hey I just got this game, and i tried joining the 8.9.30.43 server, and it said I was banned. I have never even played this game online before and I spent days trying to update it and get it to work. All I want is some help to un-ban me cause I never even played this game until like two days ago.
Edit: I'm on v1.2 not 1.21 and I'm banned from every server I tried, but I literally just got this game.

Where did you get the game? If you purchased it from someone who was banned, then the keyhash would be banned.

Every server? Both ours and KGC on 1.2?

Okay I PM'd you the keyhash, I got the game used, and had to use a used key to get the game to run, but every server I tried to join, whether US, Canada, Sweden says I'm banned and I never played online before. But hopefully you can help me.

EDIT: After a second attempt I joined the KGC server, but with great lag. But this server was successful, but I'm still banned from All Maps and Montreal
