I will attempt an answer. The reason why it is so incredibly obvious to everyone except administrators who hacks is because as administrators we deal in incontrovertible proof rather than idle speculation. It's very simple to call someone a hack because it only means typing a four-letter word, however, when the decision rests upon the burden of evidence, then it is a bit more difficult. We spectate, record, watch, review, and then make a decision based upon evidence, not opinion. I've been called a hacker simply because I got lucky and killed a superior player. The accusation does not make me guilty.

In the case with Blackhawk/any other player its really getting to my nerves...sometimes i Believe the players involved should do a "Vasok", thats means DO NOT TALK unless necessary, usually NEVER!!!
This could also INCLUDE posting on the forum... ( Dramaqueens...sigh )

I'm from Finland and I don't have an idea why ip changes so fast. Maybe he uses a handmade soft to control router settings, he is a good programmer; I don't know. Of course would be better to have a constant address, but changing provider only for one server...it will be empty in few weeks; no sense .
Maybe some day there will be good mod for ArmA, or even remake..

I'd like to point out that in this post, Bell205 has a 100% IP match with GoodHash. This means that they are using the same internet connection, which shows that the whole 'using my neighbours internet' story is nonsense. Bell205 has been banned from the forums for using multiple accounts and using them for deceit and lies. Seeing as there is no longer any point to this topic, I'm locking it.
