spectator veiwing

hi, someone asked me to watch a player yesterday, but because the spectator view in yellow is still messed up ,i couldnt watch the suspect player. can we please try to fix it, i know ppl may say "ppl cheat and tell other side where players are" but ppl can use voice chat , email, x fire instead so it shoudnt be a reason... its handycap (ie difficult )not having spectator working.

i think to we should abel spectator. but we need to make a new rul then that u onlai may stay in spectator fore a amound of time.
so ppl don't go afk in spectator. i will teak this in to the next meating.

thanks ,, also with camera the way it is , ppl cant take any good screen shots, its all backs of ppls heads. i miss taking good scrreenshots and video with x fire.

i think its funny i have been trying to get this to happen for 2 years and fresh says 1 post and now it might happen.
