Personally, I don't believe "asking to be banned" is a legitimate reason to ban anyone. If they didn't want to play they could just stop; it's not like we force them to play or brainwash them into it.

Also, besides Pinky saying "GUMA did it again", there is no real evidence of them doing any "teamkilling" (although in fact it was destroying a friendly vehicle (plane)), hence the reason I did not do anything. So unless there is anything more to add I think I will have to unban them...

It won't be hard to get evidence against him - I saw him shoot friendly vehicles too. And kicked him for it.

I wasn't banning him for just saying that. He has a history of destroying vehicles / teamkilling and it just seemed to fit at the appropriate time. Poor timing on his part.
