Sorry acash, but I really can't endorse this ban. These are four german words, each for it's own absolutely not offensive. If he says that his honor is loyalty then it's his good right to say that. It's not necessarily a nazi credo.
On the entrance of many concentration and death camps you can read "Jedem das Seine" (in english: Each to their own). Nobody would condemn you for saying that, because it's a phrase that is still very often used in germany today.

Oh I see you are dutch. That explains it all. You take every chance to kick your big neighbors butt, don't you? I also notice that when I make my annual vacation in the netherlands. My weirdest experience in this context was a waitress in a nice cafe at the Amsterdam train station. A real nice cafe at one of the canals. When she noticed that we are germans she just treated us like animals. Dirty dishes and complete ignorance.

Well, I hope that another admin takes a look at this ban. It's a completely unjustified one.

The name is obviously provocative and chosen for that goal. It is just as much a group of German words as 'Arbeit macht Frei', but groups of words have other meanings than the words seperately, and this refers to a German military unit which caused alot of suffering in the world, and I understand that people can be insulted by it. Acashmoney made the right decision, the player was warned several times. But because I have never seen this person speak in the server, and he didn't reply to the warnings, I think he might not read the ingame chat or might not speak English at all.
No, that is not an excuse for having that name, but I think he might begin wondering what he was banned for after he notices the 'Banned from server'. So we'll keep him banned for 1 week, then warn him again, see if he gets the message. If not, the ban will stay.

I already gave the "Jedem das Seine" example. It was at the entrance of the KZ Buchenwald and many other concentration camps. It's absolutely not offensive, if you're not using it in a clearly offensive way.
Would you care if his name was "My honor is loyalty"? No you wouldn't give a damn about it. You just care because he says it in german. Think about it.

German laws are in fact over-sensitive in this context, because they don't want neo nazis to use these phrases in the public. No german would find these words offensive when it's not in a nazi context. Other armys/organisations use almost the same credos.

German paratroopers: Loyalty for Loyalty
French Foreign Legion: Honor and Loyalty
US Marines: Semper fidelis (Always loyal)

So if you leave out the context of german history the phrase "Meine Ehre heisst Treue" (1:1 translation: My honor is called loyalty) wouldn't offend any german. Most germans just don't want parts of their language to be stolen by some nazi morons forever. That's the whole point actually.
