Evidence:
I will start off by admitting that we do not usually ban someone from Allmaps based on evidence that is not 100% from BFV. I will however explain later how this is a unique case, which requires unique measures.
Soldier has been involved in HELLOclan for some time now, and played in both the BFV as in the MC server. His period in the clan has been characterized by rule-breaking, sabotaging the clan, and a general disrespect of the rules. He has been banned several times from the Minecraft server, and he has had numerous issues in BFV as well. After action was
taken against him, he kept behaving badly. This has gotten to the point where we can no longer punish him for what he has done, and it has become an extremely time-consuming to keep him off the Minecraft server and to keep him from destroying it. I will start by explaining the situation in the Minecraft server.
Soldier first joined the Minecraft server on the 30th of October 2011, as can be seen here.
In the first 20 days, he seemed to get along just fine, until he suddenly started insulting many people, which led to people complaining about him on the forums, as can be seen in this topic (which also includes the evidence of the insults). This first complaint was not enough to stop the insulting, he kept doing it, which resulted in a second complaint about him.
In this topic, he started his habit of blaming others for his problems. He did however realise that, with his behaviour, he did not belong in this community, and posted that he would leave. This turned out to be a lie, however, since he simply kept playing on the server.
After the complaints about his insults, he decided to take his rule-breaking up a notch, and started massively duping stuff (illegal on the server). This resulted in him being banned from the server. This made it pretty obvious that he does not follow rules. This was the third time someone posted on the forum about his behaviour.
However, it was at this point that a mistake was made in the BFV administration, Soldier was made admin. I will discuss that part later.
Notice how this ban took place on the 12th of february. Because on the 14th, a 'new player', Granate, posted an application to join the server. Of course this was Soldier, something we didn't realise at the moment. The application was accepted, and so, while he was supposed to be banned, Soldier joined the server. Something many people would consider a big deal. But he didn't just join, he also decided to start destroying things which other people had built; he burnt down CommandoBeta's and MaximumD2's building.
Maggie was banned on the 16h of February, and so this was Soldiers second ban (although he was supposed to be banned anyway!). Travco proved that it was indeed Jetfighter later in one of his posts.
His two Minecraft friends, Prevoo and Darkprins, were also banned at the time, and they used the same system as him, to get on the server again. Soldier was aware of the fact that Prevoo was ilegally joining the server again, which can be seen in Travco's posts in this topic. This adds aiding a banned person to ilegally get back on the server to the list of his offenses.
Soldier decided to blame the management for the fact that he duped those materials and for the fact that he got onto the server again and destroyed people´s property. It was at this early moment that Travco made the wise statement that maybe Soldier should be banned from all HELLO servers.
After this he remained on the banlist, until the server was restarted, and everyone got a fresh start. This was in april. Even though his behaviour in the past made it unlikely that he would follow the rules this time, the management decided to give him one last chance. He started breaking rules again, however, he for instance broke the peaceful-rule, in May, , and started exploiting bugs in the plugins again, in September.
Finally, on the 16th of september, he got banned again, again for breaking rules. His 3rd ban from the server. It was after this ban that his behaviour got even worse, and he got on the server AGAIN (again, while he was supposed to be banned). He used an exploit of a plugin, to blow up a massive part of the servermap. This time, he used an account called 'bossmanswag'. Using the logs, we can trace the movement of a player. As soon as he logged on, he moved right to the place that he wished to greif (CommandoBeta's town) , and used the exploit to cause massive damange. This is not the only evidence of the fact that it was him, he also later admitted it himself.
His actions on the account 'bossmansswag' resulted in the banning of that account. That was his 4th ban from the server.
This brings the list of his offenses on the Minecraft server to:
-insulting
-exploiting plugins to create huge stockpiles of recourses
-exploiting plugins to create damange to the servermap
-using a human error to create huge amounts of money
-breaking the peaceful rule
-illegal destruction of property
-returning to the server while being banned
-helping banned people get into the server
-attempted lagging of the server.
Please note that since he is already banned, there is no way we can punish him for anything he does to the server now. At least not in MC. However, Soldier plays BFV as well.
An example has to be set, to show that this behaviour does not go unpunished.

Like I said before, after his first Minecraft ban, a mistake was made by the HelloClan administration. Soldier was made admin in Battlefield Vietnam. Not only did he insult people ( telling them they are 'bitching') through the RM;

But he also banned someone for critisizing him, for which his admin rights were removed.
However, in this topic, ironically, he makes a point which is relevant in more recent issues;
`As you can see, he lost his respect to me as an administrator, which gives everything to keep the server in a good atmosphere.`
Seems hardly respectful to an admin.
His behaviour on the forum is the same, calling people 'pissy admins', saying people don't have a life, saying that people are brain-damanged.

Moving back to the logs of the conversation between Bee and Soldier however, Soldier is not planning on stopping his stalking of the clan. Although he has often stated that he wants to have nothing to do with this clan, he keeps coming back for more. We can conclude that he is a danger to this clan, and should be denied access.
Now, as we see, his rule-breaking and his constant attacks on HELLO are not just in Minecraft. And even though most of them were in Minecraft, we should put that in perspective. The Minecraft administration consists of Freshblood032, Max, Travco, Bee, CommandoBeta, Hippo, and Tedde. All these people he was trying to attack. And now let's look at the BFV admin list.
Those are Lost, Alphascout, Acashmoney, CommandoBeta, Freshblood, Deadly_Hippo, Max, Bee, RyanCooper, Travco, Tankboy, SAS, HELLO, and 73 easting. 50% of the BFV admins are also the people who Soldier is trying to attack. And I dare say that 90% of the MC people also play BFV. Those are the same people. You cannot consider BFV and MC as two completely different things. Travco and SAS spent so much time getting the MC server right, and Soldier is trying to lag and break it.
If Soldier were to hack our computers, we would ban him from BFV as well. That is the comparison we should make.
And that is why, for the sake of the community, we have decided on banning Soldier from [HELLO]-BFV | Allmaps.
Soldier has also done several things of which the evidence was unfortunately lost during the reinstallation of windows on my computer. He told people to crash Allmaps. After I found out he did that, I inmediately contacted Tedde, who said we should wait and see what he would do. We later discussed the matter in a chatroom, and in the MC server. If necessary, I hope Tedde will be able to find back the logs of that in his xfire.
He has also shown his true self on the forums, posting what he could do to this clan and to it's server, he however quickly edited that post. I am sure Tedde can also see that in the website's logs.

But he also banned someone for critisizing him, for which his admin rights were removed.
However, in this topic, ironically, he makes a point which is relevant in more recent issues;
`As you can see, he lost his respect to me as an administrator, which gives everything to keep the server in a good atmosphere.`
Seems hardly respectful to an admin.
His behaviour on the forum is the same, calling people 'pissy admins', saying people don't have a life, saying that people are brain-damanged.

Conversation ended: Tue, Oct 30 21:57:42 2012Moving back to the logs of the conversation between Bee and Soldier however, Soldier is not planning on stopping his stalking of the clan. Although he has often stated that he wants to have nothing to do with this clan, he keeps coming back for more. We can conclude that he is a danger to this clan, and should be denied access.
Now, as we see, his rule-breaking and his constant attacks on HELLO are not just in Minecraft. And even though most of them were in Minecraft, we should put that in perspective. The Minecraft administration consists of Freshblood032, Max, Travco, Bee, CommandoBeta, Hippo, and Tedde. All these people he was trying to attack. And now let's look at the BFV admin list.
Those are Lost, Alphascout, Acashmoney, CommandoBeta, Freshblood, Deadly_Hippo, Max, Bee, RyanCooper, Travco, Tankboy, SAS, HELLO, and 73 easting. 50% of the BFV admins are also the people who Soldier is trying to attack. And I dare say that 90% of the MC people also play BFV. Those are the same people. You cannot consider BFV and MC as two completely different things. Travco and SAS spent so much time getting the MC server right, and Soldier is trying to lag and break it.
If Soldier were to hack our computers, we would ban him from BFV as well. That is the comparison we should make.
And that is why, for the sake of the community, we have decided on banning Soldier from [HELLO]-BFV | Allmaps.
Soldier has also done several things of which the evidence was unfortunately lost during the reinstallation of windows on my computer. He told people to crash Allmaps. After I found out he did that, I inmediately contacted Tedde, who said we should wait and see what he would do. We later discussed the matter in a chatroom, and in the MC server. If necessary, I hope Tedde will be able to find back the logs of that in his xfire.
He has also shown his true self on the forums, posting what he could do to this clan and to it's server, he however quickly edited that post. I am sure Tedde can also see that in the website's logs.
