Then I apologise for the misunderstanding regarding "people who have banned him", but it seemed to me like you meant solely the admins who banned him should make the decision.

This is the reason why I am considering resigning from HC. I have tried to pop my issues in with the clan, they were ignored. I have tried putting a system in for more equal leadership. It was ignored. It has been very tiring of trying to help this clan in BFV. Which all was declined, except a few.

BFV management appears to be rather inactive at the moment, your ideas could easily be overlooked as more recent threads come up. Now this needs to, and will change. A lot will within a few weeks, regarding HC as a whole, but it will take time because for the most part, Tedde is the only person dealing with stuff.

Then when we ban you again for the same reason you basically bitch slapped us all

I understand how you feel, but all of those times we only had his word. This time we had proof, people saw him in-game and he was behaving; no insulting etc. I can't help but think that alone is what resulted in this decision.

What if we make the ban name different.. call it a suspension ban which means all admins must vote and the outcome decides if the player can return from suspension.. maybe hc bfv management can use this case a an opourtuniy to refine how the system works.. so it can work better .. with better outcomes..

Changing the name could be a start, something along the lines of "suspended indefinitely" that gives the ability for it to be removed, if it is seen fit. Changing how the ban/appeal system works has been discussed, and any changes that happen should occur within the next few weeks along with some other changes.

I think what he ment to say was that the decision shouldn't be made by admins who weren't there when the player was banned...the admins who saw him in game ... they are the best to judge if his behaviour will change in the future..

Yes, I now understand where he is coming from, however it should not be restricted solely to them. Players who see them in-game are also capable of judging someones behaviour, as well as admins who have met them in other encounters. I disagree that admins who have banned him in the past are the best to judge his future behaviour, in fact I believe it could be quite the opposite in some cases.
I'm not an admin, and therefore have not banned him, yet I believe the decision was right to give him this chance and so far i've seen no indication that it was a bad decision, although not much time has yet past so only time will tell if it was right.

i banned him, and without talking to me why it did result to the ban (and without letting me know, they unbanned him, not much later hc is considering to ban him themselves..)...

This is the parts of the argument I do agree with, a discussion should happen between those that ban him, and those that consider unbanning him to some degree. We may in-fact have a solution to that.

As I've said before, a change is coming, we just all need to be patient about it. If you have questions you are more than welcome to talk to me about it. I might not be part of any sort of management, but I do see almost everything that goes on at this website so I have a pretty good idea of how things happen.

I agree with Fresh, better communication between admins is the way to go.
Tedde, the admin forum please! : D

Also, when Cash mentioned that the unban should be decided about by admins who were involved in the ban, I think what he ment to say was that the decision shouldn't be made by admins who weren't there when the player was banned... the admins who saw him in game, who warned him, know what he's like, they have seen what the player did wrong, and they are the best to judge if his behaviour will change in the future.. because they have seen the player in the past.
And I agree with that, because if you haven't seen a player I don't think you can judge about him.

[tag]helloclan13[/tag] That is correct of what I am trying to put out.

Theres really no need to apologuise to me... just think of the ppl who you are randomly insulting.. they just want to play and in peace.. if im killed by someone i may think.. "F**k you c**t.. that was f**king bullsh**! you f**king g*y ass" but i dont type it in the chat.. i probably swear more than most ppl, but the community would never know because i just keep it to myself...
