Then I apologise for the misunderstanding regarding "people who have banned him", but it seemed to me like you meant solely the admins who banned him should make the decision.
BFV management appears to be rather inactive at the moment, your ideas could easily be overlooked as more recent threads come up. Now this needs to, and will change. A lot will within a few weeks, regarding HC as a whole, but it will take time because for the most part, Tedde is the only person dealing with stuff.
I understand how you feel, but all of those times we only had his word. This time we had proof, people saw him in-game and he was behaving; no insulting etc. I can't help but think that alone is what resulted in this decision.
Changing the name could be a start, something along the lines of "suspended indefinitely" that gives the ability for it to be removed, if it is seen fit. Changing how the ban/appeal system works has been discussed, and any changes that happen should occur within the next few weeks along with some other changes.
Yes, I now understand where he is coming from, however it should not be restricted solely to them. Players who see them in-game are also capable of judging someones behaviour, as well as admins who have met them in other encounters. I disagree that admins who have banned him in the past are the best to judge his future behaviour, in fact I believe it could be quite the opposite in some cases.
I'm not an admin, and therefore have not banned him, yet I believe the decision was right to give him this chance and so far i've seen no indication that it was a bad decision, although not much time has yet past so only time will tell if it was right.
This is the parts of the argument I do agree with, a discussion should happen between those that ban him, and those that consider unbanning him to some degree. We may in-fact have a solution to that.
As I've said before, a change is coming, we just all need to be patient about it. If you have questions you are more than welcome to talk to me about it. I might not be part of any sort of management, but I do see almost everything that goes on at this website so I have a pretty good idea of how things happen.

I have tried putting a system in for more equal leadership. It was ignored. It has been very tiring of trying to help this clan in BFV. Which all was declined, except a few.
