Reason: Chat Spamming, Insulting, Provocation, Possibility of Hacking
Actions Taken: The Player got a lot of warned,kicked. He got banned once too.

Evidences:
Clear Evidence of Chuck Norris and from me viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2200
Some other guys have made complaints about him too and i got a lot of x-fire complains about him.
I have seen him aswell in the logs chat spamming/insulting/provocating

The guy is banned for an indefinite time untill we make a final decision.

PS: CommandoBeta,pls ban his 2nd key too.

What did blackhawk do here? it is wast him who was provokeing.. it was lagfool and toxic trying to start something. EVERY time these to are on lagfool, or toxic (90% of the time its lagfool) are going after blackhawk. (And when it is lagfool, lgfoolstarts it that plays victim and says blackhawk starts it). So blackhawk retaliates. Two wrongs dont make a wright, and blackhawk shouldnt ever be retaliating. However does that mean that people should be going after him? No.

Sorry, that's ridiculous!

It's also a mistake to just pick out one fight where Blackhawk was involved. Blackhawk made trouble for month (it started last year in summer) and it was often enough that he undeniably started fights, spammed, insulted, interrupted gameplay and so on.

He just needs a break. Maybe for a month or two. I'm also against banning him permanently, but he needs to learn a lesson. Nevertheless i don't think he will change.

What did blackhawk do here? it is wast him who was provokeing.. it was lagfool and toxic trying to start something. EVERY time these to are on lagfool, or toxic (90% of the time its lagfool) are going after blackhawk. (And when it is lagfool, lgfoolstarts it that plays victim and says blackhawk starts it). So blackhawk retaliates. Two wrongs dont make a wright, and blackhawk shouldnt ever be retaliating. However does that mean that people should be going after him? No.

Erm byrd. This bit of logs your bringing up are completely off topic... Not only are they from the wrong day, but they have noting to do with the evidence posted by the admin who actually banned them.

is he guily yes. i never said he wasnt.. it was the reasons that i had a problem with. Provoking shouldnt be a reasosn, because countless times am i on and its lagfool who is provoking blackhawk, and than lagfool cowards out and tries dumping all the blame on blackhawk. Thats my problem with this. And when he did say the idoits are on or whatever, i examine it closely. The only one that he doesnt like on was u, he didnt know lagfool was on so why would he say idoits? Therefore i assumed he was generalizing. But still toxic, if he does it once let it go, the first "insult" he said, you said here he goes ungain, which was totally 100

I didnt even respond on the complain topic about you (only one post) and i was very neutral because i didnt want to be involved and i dint want to damage you. But now you go to far. I didnt even report you when you favoured "Trashmen" members.
Little Provocation arent against the rules,but Blackhawk gone to far, dont post now any logs to proof or whatever you wanted..
I posted the log because it was recently,blackhawk did act worser.
Now,i am trying you to say it with my best education: Keep yourself away of the ban as the other admins, i acted as the rules says, if anyone trys to damage the community,he will get punished for it, i know blackhawk to good, i dont want to mention any other worse things he did and told me.
You tried to order me on x-fire, someone (me),who was admin on other servers before, and you tried it only,because i was the only admin,who was friendly to you.

Dont confuse Minecraft with BFV. We may have our difference in Minecraft,but dont put them in BFV,we are admins there and try to create a good atmosphere for the players there. Thats our job, we dont favour anyone, we are friendly to everyone,and we dont go after people as admin or we shouldnt hate people and try to solve the conflict with words. We arent devided, take it as a friendly warning Byrd and keep yourself out of this ban.
