As I already said, he isn't receiving special treatment. Its the same treatment given to any player who actually participates in the community. For the record FUQER, you would receive the same degree of treatment had you gone off breaking the rules. Would that treatment stop you from getting banned? No, though it might make your ban a little more temporary than some random guy who joins the server once and starts spouting.
Not to mention that everyone keeps pointing to his history, if he gets permanent banned it will be because admins in the past have been so damn indecisive about him as to not ban him that he's getting the sum of all of it now.
This clan generally gives people more than one chance, its pretty hard to expect someone to get better on another chance when you never gave him consequences for the first one.
Nobody's first ban has ever been immutable. Why the hell is this a special case? I can understand a week, but longer than that is absurd. People change when confronted with consequences, as do bans.
And by the way, thanks for insulting my integrity as an admin and a person. Critisim is nice, however telling me that Toxic is clearly my friend because I'm one of the admins standing up for his case because all the logs seen are one-sided, the ban process hasn't been carried out, and the ban action is being carried out by an admin that clearly has issues controlling his expression of mental state doesn't fly. *no pun intended byrd
I'm not pointing out anymore than the obvious, and I'm defending a flawed individual from a flawed action.
I don't even know his real name, and I frankly don't care what it is, it has nothing to do with the matter at hand which is the ban in question.
