All right, it looks like this ban needs a sense of direction. In this context it is a complicated situation, a situation of which many of you would put in a "grey zone". But the new rules that I and the other members of the administration & bfv management published clearly proves this guy's innocence. By the fact that the way it's directed to (in this case homosexuals), does not seem to be offensive in any way.

However, if easting is correct and this guy is causing trubble over and over again. Even if he is hopping around and inside of the grey zone without crossing the line to clearly be banned. We do not have to put up with it. It is not a complicated democratic system were talking about, we can ban a damn troll if we wan't to.

So im calling a unban on this one, if further information about his past is not posted by anyone.

So i was going through the Logs after reading this Topic and crossed this that nobody thought to post I'm not saying its a reason to Keep him banned just something people missed. Now the rules do say that we're not going to ban for vulgair language but... ether way i'm going to go with Tedde with this one that until he is proven saying some thing about Specifically To Gays, he will be Unbanned.
