Because of the rule-set, a kick would be extremely unwarranted for this situation without the chat-log as evidence that "[GSC]Leader of Gay Porn" somehow violated all terms and conditions of the HellClan All Maps server.

As things stand with regards towards his nickname, I find his server violation ban completely uncalled for.

He is also known as muslim brotherhood, egyptian protester qudafis bodyguard I'm using Jesus'laptop as well as impersonating Light&Dark Phoenix, all using the same IP and keyhash and has been kicked from the server on multiple occasions by other admins as well. Now, in keeping with your request , GunRunner the chat log has been provided in its entirety. I'm sure you are adjusted to long posts. Also, I was in the server much earlier than when the chat log started and it was obvious from the language being used that no other admins were signed in to Remote Manager. Had they been , I'm reasonably sure some action would have been taken. He was kicked the previous day by Freshblood. So, after all this, I decided to log onto BFV RM and take action. I suppose it would be Tedde's decision to unban this player. I've seen enough of his antics to justify this ban. It's only for a month. Perhaps this would give this player some time to think about being a jerk to the other players on the server. When you are playing a GAME for enjoyment , you should not have to deal with people spouting racial slurs or insulting your heritage and especially someone who constantly changes their screen name in order to insult as many people as possible without getting caught. It doesn't matter if he ignored an admin's request. The admin shouldn't have asked him to remove his name in the first place as it does not break any rules. With that logic, if an admin said don't kill him and you kill him, then he has the right to kick you.
