It's been a while since I visited old good BFV. Why was i banned from the server? Is it due to my inactivity ? Or are there some other reasons?

Maybe you trapped to the HELLO Fake Server. There is a Fake Server named "HELLO Allmaps"..
Check the IP. The real HELLO Servers IP starts with 8.9.
This weekend 11th of June they have truoble with the HELLO Allmpas Server, it might not be up ....
