It has become really hard to come by any pre-patched server files for Battlefield Vietnam, for this and other reasons I've thought it might be a good idea to have these patched server files permanently available somewhere so that no one had to worry about having to apply the patches manually by themselves
The server binaries provided in this are patched against the most common exploits, in line with the instructions and fixes discovered by tuia and others. A small change was made to one of the fixes due to it initally having been made with BF1942 in mind, this resulted in it inadvertently patching out a feature that exists in Battlefield Vietnam, but not BF1942
All files have their master server replaced with OpenSpy so your server will appear in the game without any additional tinkering around with host files and some such
