Hello Servers not showing up???

The Hello servers aren't showing up in my servers list on BF1942.

The Simple servers are there but not the Hello ones.

I have tried clicking Update but it never updates just deletes all the servers in the list and stays blank. I have left it for over 30 mins 'updating' and still come back to no servers in the list. So now when I play on the Simple servers, i just click refresh to see which ones are populated.

I have no idea what's going on???

Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

You could try clicking Clear filter and then Update in the server browser if you haven't already tried that.

The servers are currently running the Battlefield 2 42 and Battlefield Heroes mods and it's possible that they're being filtered out due to some setting in your in game browser.

Went for a ride on my motorcycle for half a day and left it running on update. When I got home, it still didn't show any servers.

It seems it won't update at all. Has anyone else had a problem with update not working?

Oh, that's strange, it should have worked. If it's not too much of a hassle for you you could try uninstalling and install a more up to date version of the game. There are currently two modern versions of the game mainly being used by the BF1942 community and both come with the server list fix included.

The first is the Vulkan based installer which come with modern features but doesn't really always run well on older systems.

The second is the dgVoodoo based installer whose feature set from what I know more closely mirrors the original version of the game and tends to run well on both newer and older systems.

Seeing how I don't know the specifics of your system or which operating system you're using I'd recommend the latter option (the so called dgVoodoo version of the game) and see if installing that helps fix your problem.
