Played at my local LAN center 20 years ago and it ultimately got me into Bf2 which most of my hours still are in but glad to see Vietnam server had some people in it over the weekend. Does it ever get full pop?

It only gets full on Fill The Server events, but we still get 20-30 players regularly on weekends Even during the week you can see players, it depends.
