Does anyone know how to improve the font of the chat letters, radio, command, score table, ect in 1366x768 resolution?

Hello, guys, there is something that has been bothering me a lot since I installed bfV, and that is that when playing beyond the 1024x768 resolution, the game fonts become difficult to read, that's why I ask how do I make it look like this?

instead of this

(this image is at 1366x768, the highest resolution my monitor supports)
I don't know how the hell I managed to read these hieroglyphs to have the best resolution, damn...
