[BF1942] Pirates Event

Come join us for some swashbuckling and plundering on the high seas!

We will be hosting a Pirates event on our secondary server - the 1942/RTR/SW one, not the Desert Combat one - on the 27th of January at 8 PM UTC / 3 PM EST. RVSP to the event on Discord. Such exciting maps:

- Short On Supplies CQ - small infantry
- Tortuga CQ - medium infantry
- Shark Haven CTF - medium naval and infantry
- Imminent Explosion CTF - medium infantry
- Frylar CQ - small infantry
- King Of The Caribean - large naval
- Sanctuary CQ - medium infantry
- Shiver Me Timbers CTF - medium infantry
- Dead Calm CQ - small infantry

Will run for about 3 hours, with room for extras afterwards.

I was able to at least drive some in the last race do I need any other downloads to play the event?

Handy link! I'm trying to place the event on www.piratesahoy.net/events but regular users don't have that sort of permission. I've shared the discord event invitation in their server, although I am skeptical that somebody will turn up it's hard to make them set sail even for the Battlefield 2 event... but trying doesn't hurt, right?
