Yes its the "Budrim Ginger beer" it's ok, but I prefer the "Bundaberg Ginger beer" (Both made in Queensland) as it is a true brewed ginger beer that isn't too sweet made by the same company that make "Bundaberg Rum".
.My mum used to make Ginger beer from fresh ginger, water and sugar and sometimes the bottles would explode from too much gas being generated as it brewed. We kept the bottles in an old broken fridge to keep them away from daylight as they brewed. and to contain the explosion You would hear one bang then more as the first bottle exploding took out others.If that happened you knew you had a good strong batch.
