Admins Note:
Silvia's initial gripe was that the map changed before everyone could get a vote in the previous map. Which is a known glitch with the voting system. Some people load in sooner than others, make a map vote and are able to pass it easier before others can finish connecting.

She was trying to explain that, as it's what was confusing / frustrating her.

Grass & Tyme, your bans are for harassment. We do not condone nor tolerate any form of harassment. This is to remind you of our rules and that you show respect to one of the few female players we have on this server.

Toxic, your ban is for racism & harassment. Racism in the form of your comment towards Justice for Hungary and harassment of silvia with the voting issue in the chat.

As an additional note, we have players that speak different languages, thus their English skills are not that great. Therefore they use translators to talk to us. Making fun of how players like these (including silvia) talk is not on either.

I'm adding an addendum here to clear the air.

Toxic & I have had a private conversation regarding his ban and reasoning thereof. I'm not going to edit it out of the above post, because I don't work like that, instead I'm going to post it here as part of this message.

With regard to what was considered as a racist comment directed towards Justice for Hungary (and the main hassle initially) by myself when reviewing the chat, I'm withdrawing that thought process and I would like to publicly apologize for labeling Toxic a racist by banning him for it.

My intent was to stop the entire "harassment" that was happening in the round mentioned above, again the comments directed to Silvia were still unnecessary. This ban topic was combined into one, but Toxic's ban was for what I considered a racist comment.

After our discussions, I would like to think that Tox & I see a bit more on the same level and I appreciate that he had calmy spoken to me about it. I do hope that he can accept my apology for the false label.
