Need clarification for no-raping main rule for Saigon 1968 map

Looks like there were arguments about raping in Saigon 1968 again.

What I can tell from chatlog is, Red team took Blue team's main flag in the tall building. Then Blue team's Terry stole the Red team's Mi8 and raped his own captured (Blue team's) main that was Red at the time killing Rick and Paranoid repeatedly ?

Then Rick and Paranoid claimed that Terry was breaking the rule of "no raping main flag when other team has two above-ground flags in Saigon 1968 map".

In my opinion this rule didn't apply to Terry because he was raping his own captured (Blue team's) main, not the other team's (Red) main.

I think Rick and Paranoid were simply pissed that Terry was kicking their butts with their own Mi8 as payback for capturing his (Blue team's) main. Humiliation! ?

I hope admins can clarify this rule as "No raping the other team's DEFAULT main flag if the other team has two or more above ground flags".

FYI: I have been raped several times when I tried to hold the captured enemy main in other maps like Game Warden, and Hastings, including by Rick, Paranoid and others.

I can help as I have previously spent several years admining this very map.
The rule reads:
Saigon 68 - If the team has another above ground flag main rape may not take place. (Village/Bridge House/ Palace)(The Huey slick is exempt)

In the case you mentioned Terry was in the right as it was his original blue main.
The only flag Terry is not allowed to air rape is the red teams main, so long as the flag is still red, and the red team have at least 1 other above ground flag.

Remembering that once a main flag is white or captured by the other team then there is no rule against air raping it unless it is recaptured.

Thank you AlGore and Vmax. Some players make false allegations of rape at times. Ice posted an announcement of requiring proof of allegations of rape. I am thankful that this is taken seriously.
