He is not keeping the community alive, he is destroying it. He sacrifices most of his free time to delete what he doesn't like or anything that proves how mistaken he is. All other admins are kissing the Dear-Leaders ring because they don't want to end up like -[Hello]-TheNME.

He changed all the settings of the server in the spring and summer of 2020 WITHOUT a vote or discussion on this forum. But when I suggested that the settings be restored to how they were for so many years, he put it for a vote. The vote was approved by a large majority.

Then within a month the Dear-Leader again calls a second election to remove the changes that were approved by a majority. When the second election also gets majority vote to keep the changes, he makes his own rules and calls the minority vote as the winner.

The entire vote process was just a show. He's only does what he likes. The community is not considered.

Troublemakers like Paranoid keep getting passes while a sincere veteran like -[Hello]-TheNME is banned from this forum and removed from admin status without a chance to appeal?

When he became clan leader I supported him and even defended him. But when he started removing maps on weekdays from an All Maps Server, allowed constant Map Vote Abuse, quietly changed many server settings such as: Map Timer On, server resets to Hastings when there last player leaves, to keep Hastings on and preventing other maps which he openly called "boring and unpopular"; I had to say something.

When you agreed with me on that thread (where everyone's comments are now deleted) he started attacking you too.

Some admins didn't even vote even after being reminded to vote. Why are you kissing his butt? I've seen this happen in other clans. They disappeared when they became a single map server. That's where Hello All Maps Server is heading.

What Al Gore wrote are hard accusations. These are not about this thread, so off topic. But I think, RUS is deleting the comments to keep the thread small and clear. If he would be the "Dear-Leader", who doesn't allow other opinions as you describe him, he wouldn't have created that topic or deleted it completly. RUS also gave you the possability to change the map order against his opinion with a vote.

And by the way: He is not ATTACKING other people (also not in that thread), and you all are also not attacking. We are discussing. For me it's a big difference.

Members shared the pros and cons about a Yes vote or a No vote, about the maps, map order, server settings, etc. I explained what it was like for many years, then how the settings and map order were quietly changed this year, the result of that including map vote abuse, and the new changes that went back to how things were under IceSkater and others admins.

These players were informed about what is going on and they took the trouble to participate in the vote process and they submitted their choice. @BassToss even said that he is in favor of keeping the settings but changing the map order. @Die Bitch_20 agreed with the new (mixed) map order I suggested in the thread. Turning down the majority vote was not about the wishes of the community. It is all about the Dear-Leader's ego.

Secondly, when RUSwarrior started the vote thread, he did not say that this vote is only for players who are currently active on the game server. It was open to all forum members. When the votes were in favor of keeping the recent changes, he made a new rule to disqualify their votes so that he gets what he wants i.e. going back to his previous (flop) settings.

I agree that the vote was in favour of keeping new maps and settings but there were some major flaws. Many people seemed on the fence about the issue. For example, I wanted to keep the new server settings but go with a different map order, so my vote was “yes” but it wasn’t a true “yes”. Other people wanted some other combination of this. As a result RUS reverted to the previous settings. We can always start another vote if you have anymore suggestions for different map order/server settings and see what comes of that.

The question you should be asking is: Since the majority of people expressed favor to keep the recently reversed server settings, and since a newer map order was suggested by me since Nov 24th here: https://forum.helloclan.eu/threads/9163/post-63552, why did the Dear-Leader not call for a vote for the newer map order instead of calling to reverse settings and go back to his map order with Hastings on the top?

Short answer is because he knows that the newer map order from Nov 24th addresses the complaints from a few players about 6 consecutive ground maps. If he would have called for a vote to change the map order to the Nov-24th-suggestion, and if it got approved then he would not get a chance of reversing the server settings that favors Hastings more than any other map which is what he quietly did in the summer WITHOUT A VOTE!

Vote is not fair? And why exactly should we count votes of users who haven't played since 2019 or earlier? What if a random user from 2010 who never played since then decides to vote, should we count his vote too?

The last time Princess Peach was in game, for example, is march 2019. Moreover, if you look into her site account, you will see that all of her posts were removed ("null"). Why? Who knows, maybe it's Gore voting through this account?
