Please undo my ban

Hi Guys,

My name is Ivan and I've been playing BF Vietnam since the game came out basically. I started playing again approximately this spring-summer, but a couple of months ago I noticed that your server said that my CD key was banned.

I'm not sure why this is, whether it was an error or not. If it is something I did in-game, I'm sure it was an accident. I really just want to continue to embrace my inner boomer and napalm y'all circa 2004.

Can you please, please unban me? My name in-game is SPOOT.

Oh I forgot to mention, my CD key is from my original copy of BFV that I got from the old jewlcase I scrounged up.
