My friend appears to be banned

Hello to everyone, my friend (In-game name: LADA), called me saying that he can't connect to the Server, because he is banned. I checked Ban list but found nothing about him (LADA). So we tried changing cd-key, thinking maybe old cd-key got banned, but it didn't help. Can anyone please help us?

Does your friend have an account here on our forum? If not, can you ask him to create one?
After he registers here he will need to provide me his CD key hash so I could search for his ban in our ban list.

He doesn't have an account. I'll ask him to register. How can we get CD key hash? Is there an utility for that?

To get his key hash he can use this tool:

BF Easy Key Hasher file - Battlefield Vietnam

The Battlefield Easy Key Hasher utility reads either the BF1942, BFV or BF2 CD-key from the registry, and hashes it, using MD5. The hash produced by the Battlefield Easy Key Hasher is the same that will appear on the server if you run admin.listPlayers...
