I agree, he can be very annoying, but perhaps the ban is a little overreaction.

My first warn is the second line. It says do not play disruptively. Then later I told him to listen to admin. Also the map before he was accused repeatedly of disrupting gameplay. But I was not logged in to Remote so I dont have proof.

Yes I see the warning, but how did he play disruptively? And how is he not listening to admin? By the way I know that many people dont like him, he knows exactly how to make people angry, but he doesn't realy break the rules ( mostly).

He was playing disruptively by following team mates around and messing with what they were doing. And I asked him to stop and he replied by telling me to shut up and stuff like that. I have never seen him before today nor heard of him. I just had issues with him and took care of it the way I thought he deserved. I appologize if it was not a good reason but he was a problem all day.

Shouldn't it be a requirement that BVRM must be up at all times during play time? That way, there is no confusion on the loss logs.

He is not attacking me. And I normally do. I just forgot this time... There are also a few things missing from the logs... I know it sounds crazy but more happened that did not record even when I had RM up.

Ok I just looked back the logs and I see that he was realy trying to get the admin mad and he has been insulting all day. I can post the logs later, and the server doesnt get any better when this guy is here.

I want to explain the kind of disruptive playing he was doing. He was following people around Mr. Canada I believe and pushing him down hills and into water. Also while trying to snipe he pushed him out of cover and Mr. Canada got shot. So consistantly pestering one player and getting him killed.

I'm sorry to say, but unless you have more than 2 reputable testimonies. Or hard evidence, it's a reversed ban.

I'm sorry but I do not have any logs of this. But I do have this: at the TE server he is banned under the name [XxX]Schneider. I know that is not a reason to ban him here for, but i'm afraid that's nearly everything I've got.

That's him deliberately driving over mines. He was also jumping on snipers giving away their position. I do not have evidence of it, but I saw him doing it.
