I said ping made a difference. Either it makes a difference or certain players are using some sort of invincibility assist.
Perhaps I could get an admin to spectate me through some maps to observe what I am talking about? When I shoot RPGs - LAWS - M79s and even time bombs off near certain players and they don't die..... and I repeat the process as they jump and dance near me ..... and they don't die.
