It was stated that

Once his ban ends, he needs no warnings for 2 weeks. If he manages to break the rules within 1 week, his ban will be 1 week, if he breaks it in 2 weeks it will be 3 days again.

His ban therefore ended on 24th March, and his new ban is 1 day from that, meaning he's not banned for 1 day.

He got kicked by me today on Khe San 25.03.2017 19:43:41 CET for main raping. (see http://helloclan.eu/bfv/stats/game.php?id=37126)
Thus he broke the rule within 1 week resulting in 1 week ban.

The following now applies:

At some point in time... I would think you guys would grow tired of his behavior. It's only been going on since I came here in like 2013. Permanent ban him. He serves no purpose being on the server. He doesn't play the game. He rapes.

Lesuk is a riddle in the world of BFV but maybe that will change his current unacceptable behaviour.

I agree but their job would be much easier if we were to have thugs like Lesuk permanently removed from the server. He serves no purpose being on the server. Why bother with him? Look how much time has been spent and you know we are only scratching the surface. How many players have left the game because of him that we don't even know about. I'm not on 24/7 to report him when he is raping. Neither are the few others who report him. He wreaks havoc any time he is on.

When he has been banned I have noticed he keeps trying to join the server.

On 4/7/17, Lesuk was banned for 2 weeks for main raping on Lang Vei (http://forum.helloclan.eu/bfv/stats/game.php?id=37554) during the 1 week cool down from their 1 week ban (3/25/17 - 4/2/17).
