You can see that Abel appears to know where some people are, however I didn't want the quality of the video to cause any doubt in the conclusion, so I did some further recording of my own.
I'll start with what I believe to be the most compelling evidence we have, then accompany that with additional footage.

0:09 - 0:14 -- He's shooting at someone behind the building at the hotel flag. No way he can see them, but he's pretty spot on with that aiming.
0:35 -- He shoots at someone inside a building, again he can't see them.
0:37 -- He shoots at a tank behind a building, he also can't see them. Both this time, and the time prior, his aiming is spot on considering the zero visibility.
Abel very clearly knows where these people are, and you'll see this further in the linked videos below. While some may be coincidence, a vast majority are highly unlikely to be so, especially when seen in conjunction with that first video.:
I apologise for the sound in some of these, I've since fixed it, but you will need to turn your volume up pretty high to hear any of this. I'll let you know which videos do or don't need that though, so you don't suddenly find a working one.

0:47 - 0:54 -- Accurate M46 rounds again, especially for a non-visible target.
1:24 - 1:32 -- He's waiting for Jop to come over the hill before killing him, he couldn't see him at the time.
2:16 - 2:41 -- Aiming at in advance, and shooting people he couldn't see.
4:27 - 4:34 -- He finds redwhiteblue who is behind a wall.
4:40 - 4:42 -- I don't believe he could have seen that player at the time he shot, but perspective isn't great...
6:09 - 6:12 -- I don't believe he can see either of those he just fired that XM at, not until the they shoot after he's fired.
6:47 - 6:52 -- He does the same, firing at someone he can't see.
7:10 - 7:15 -- He appears to look at both people behind the wall.
7:16 - 7:30 -- More shooting at people I don't believe he could see.
