I'd like to start by saying I didn't feel right putting an appeal here because it says "Have you been banned wrongly? Post your evidence here." It’s not that I don't think I was banned wrongly, I just feel the extent of my ban has been excessive in punishment. I know what I did here was wrong, but I am here wishing to move a past my mistakes.
I want to start by stating what the precursor to this incident was in the first place. Vietminh had told be about what happened between Abel and Peach and how Iceskater's reacted to the incident, or lack thereof. Vietminh had made a compelling argument to me and I had no reason to object with him as he hadn't done anything wrong before to my recollection so I had decided to join him in his “protest”.
We had started our “protest” by changing our names to those of inappropriate-nature, and harassing the admins. When he had gotten a 24 hour ban, Vietminh had figured we should add UPEO tags. All we had wanted to do at this moment was to annoy you guys into changing your minds, but lack of action caused us to change our methods into fear mongering.
Also I'd actually like to state here that Blackhawk actually never gave us a single order as we never actually joined UPEO. We actually acted entirely independent of UPEO. I know I said
There are 2 main parts of my ban I would like to show a discrepancy on though.

I'd just quickly like to state the progress that I've made since this ban has been issued
1. I have not spoken to Vietminh since I received the ban.
2. I have not spoken to any member of UPEO since even before the ban.
3. I have been able to repair my friendship with Umsted as of last week.
I got caught up with the wrong person and doing the wrong things. I’m not here asking to be forgiven, for what I have done I don’t think that’s even possible, all I’m asking for is a second chance.

This action however was taken due to Vietminh thinking that you guys wouldn’t notice, nor care about it and I wanted to prove him wrong.
There are 2 main parts of my ban I would like to show a discrepancy on though.
1.
Probably 7 of these warning are for Vietminh, and other than the kick and ban I received on my second to last day of playing I never had been kicked nor had I banned before. As such I feel it is unjustified to group me together with Vietminh’s 5 warnings and 9 kicks/bans.

Although yes, we went on a campaign to cause trouble, and yes we both used inappropriate names and language, only Vietminh team-killed I had nothing to do with that. I know to you guys this is so minute, but I feel it necessary to point out to all of you.
