I just checked, and I don't seen any bans under your name. Maybe you are having connection problems when trying to log on and you are getting booted?

It's likely to be corrupt files, which a reinstall should fix. While you may be able to join on other maps, when you get back to the same map you were kicked on before, the same will happen again and the server will auto-ban you temporarily.
