I can't join backup server and I don't see the hidden message.

If you haven't already, send a Private Message (PM) to SucceededKiller. In the upper right hand corner, next to the HelloClan logo, there are 3 icons. The middle icon that looks like a cartoon speech bubble is the PM button.
