Lag Spikes and DCs

Just want to report that a lot of players from my region and myself are experiencing 2 and 3 second lag spikes and that 'Connection Problems' popup with the occasional DC. because it has involved quite a few of us I am thinking it may be a server end problem.

I hope its something that can be fixed as its very difficult to play at the moment.

If you guys want to give us traceroutes to find where the problem is, then I can maybe see what can be done. I restarted the server yesterday so if that's done anything then let me know otherwise we might need to look into it further or wait it out, as nothing significant has changed to my knowledge.

no change for me but at the moment the connection here sucks anyway.
Hope that changing provider helps. at least on paper it should.

OK just tried it and it hasn't improved. I tried a traceroute to the server IP and that doesn't work so what do I ping?

My experience is that it is worst when players from the US is online then it peaks

Those pings look about right to me but don't explain the bad lag spikes or "Connection Problems" that pop up.
