Can I own a adoption center (in my house)

Hello, I would like to make a adoption center for people that want pets delivered to them after they buy them! Or they can come pick them up. I want this to get people pets better . Even I will do pet sitting for them at there house or mine. I will have sales on occasions. And one day I will have a PET FOR FREE DAY! But that rare. But I want this because I love working with animals.
