Trying to get 1080p... Any Help?

I searched the net, like always before asking a Q
But some reason I cannot get 1080p res to work.
Even right click set file to read only.

Any help greatly appreciated... thanks.

Disregard this post, I got it all working out.
Was a ATI setting If you enable up-scaling
It will allow the display adjustment to work
when editing the video.con files
