Banned without ever joining the server before

Hello My ingame nick is Sturmbannfuhrer_Boban. I just installed BFV and never played on this server before. But without any reason, when i try to connect it says "Banned from server" :/
I really hope you'd be able to help me, because I want to play on your server and add to the player base
