While they could be fun to play, the issue is that BFV has no way to auto-download maps to a client from the server, so every player would need to go to the website and download the map themselves. Unfortunately, I can't see that happening and I don't believe any other servers out there make use of non-standard maps either which is probably for a good reason, as they'd limit their player base quite severely.
