Unfortunately you locked my previous thread and denied me a right to reply. I have not evaded my ban and you would consequently not be able to prove it. The one time I joined a Hello server was the private event server where for some reason I was able to join. If you have seen me playing BFV it would be on another server.

Despite your assumptions, I have respected my ban, respected the rules and I have not flipped out or behaved disrespectfully as a result of the ban, despite a feeling of injustice and your reasoning being all over the place. I was banned because of one action; saying rastis name in game, an offence for which another player, and in a derogatory context, only received a 24 hour ban.

I have served a ban of one year and want to rejoin a community that I felt actively involved with.

Continuing to follow the rules would also include not evading your ban and offering others assistance in doing so with theirs. You can deny it, but you've done it in the past and I see no reason to believe you haven't this time, considering the posts you made claiming you have. It would also mean you haven't served a ban at all.

Im being respectful as i can and trying to ask you to reconsider, but you never give me chance to discuss the matter and you stay offensive towards me.

There is no "right to reply".

You've evaded your ban in the past, you've told us you're evading your ban and you've made posts implying that you are evading your ban. I'm not going to waste myself or any other admins time in proving if you actually have been this time. Not that this would matter, considering it is a permanent ban after you have had numerous other permanent bans and it gets to a point where "permanent" actually has to mean permanent.

Well-founded assumptions, based on the points I mentioned above.

Making multiple accounts is against the rules, making posts like "Rastifar stop whining when I kill you in-game" are deliberately provocative and abusing forum features, such as the report a post feature, for your own personal gain is also unacceptable.

You've been told countless times that your ban is permanent, yet you continue to fill the forum with unban requests, provocative posts, false post reports, multiple accounts and send me private messages on the subject.

I was banned because of one action; saying rastis name in game, an offence for which another player, and in a derogatory context, only received a 24 hour ban.

You were banned for giving out a user's personal information; despite being told just the day prior not to. Your ban was permanent because you've had numerous warnings, kicks, temp bans and bans in the past.
The player in question was asked to change their name and I have not seen it since. They have also not had as many previous admin actions taken against them as you have.

Whether you have actually served this ban or not is up to debate. Regardless, only a couple of months ago we voted and decided to keep you banned, and that decision is final.

Giving them information on proxy servers or alternative cd-keys

Because, like you said before, you want to wear your UPEO tags again. Not to mention, you admitted to evading your last permanent ban yet still put in an unban request.

Amount of time spent on a community has no impact on how the rules should be enforced; just because you spend a lot of time somewhere does not mean you should get a free pass.

I like to think I’m friendly despite being quite depressing sometimes and would gladly help anyone out who asked, even if that person is a crazed murderer, to a certain extent anyway.

I'm refusing to discuss an unban request on a permanent ban; because the point of a permanent ban is that it is permanent, with no unban. The fact we are one of the few remaining BFV servers doesn't come into this at all.

Also, you are banned for breaking the rules, not because I don't like you. This isn't your first ban, it isn't even your first permanent ban, so it was inevitable that this would happen eventually.

Not to mention the fact that the other admins voted on this not long ago, and we decided to keep you banned, so it's not even just me that decided this.
