Name changing not supported ???

when will the server allow me to join since i have had a name change since i had played on the server but it wont let me in as it says it doesnt support name changes. i really want to get on and play . when will it be fixed??? or will it work if my account on the server gets reset bcuz i want to get on. if i can get on if my account can be reset ill have that done pleasee thanks.

I think it works if your name gets changed back, but the minecraft server forums are over at www.hellominers.com so you'll want to ask there.
