Why is Canada still admin?

I have been Banned today at 12:46 by admin Canada .

My last name was Plautus Germany Nr.1 because other names were seen offensive to him. I am quite proud of my nation and I didnt want to change my name. However I changed my name multiple times for the admin. He was not going to be satisfied and finally banned me. The name "Plautus Germany Nr.1" isn't offensive by any means!!!

This is quite unfair, while others can call themselves the way they want. But of course if I start calling myself something patriotic, they show no respect to my fatherland.

This was a quite unfair ban, and I want redemption! I want to be unbanned and this should not happen again! I have no guilt at all. There are people who insult others, provoke them, ridicule them etc. And I get banned because I don't have the "appropriate" name?!?
Who the hell is Canada to make his own rules=?!?!

Clan Rule 2 says: While we are relaxed enough to let you use ANY NAMES and use any language you like there is small print. Don't insult people
And I didn't insult anybody. He banned me for choosing the wrong name. So my ban is quite ridiculous and only based on Canada's personal hate against certain countries. By banning me he broke the rules. And why should this rule only be a privilige for clan members? Doesn't make sense.

I wonder why players are totally supervised while an admin like Canada has fool's license! Obviously he can kick and ban people as he wishes. I have talked to other previously banned people. They told me the same about Canada. He acts arbitrarily. I by no means believe he deserves the right to be an admin.This admin has made a lot of players mad. Many of them don't come to the server anymore because of his injust decisions.
Less and less people play the game, if the random kicking continues, I doubt there will be any players left in the future playing on this server.

You seem to have forgotten to mention the name "Nazi Soldier" which you used at least once as well as, according to other players, "trolling the server".

You can be as proud as Germany as you want, but if you want to publically proclaim your like for the Nazis you are best off doing it somewhere else as it is insulting and is not appropriate for the server.

I've heard no complaints regarding Canada so I'd love to know who has been complaining and about what; especially considering he has hardly any bans at all.

Your ban is 24 hours from the time it was issued and when it does end I suggest you think really carefully about the names you choose to use on the server.

I call myself the way I want, no matter what. May it be Plautus 1936, Nazi Soldier, or whatever, because these names are NOT OFFENSIVE!!!
As long as I don't insult anyone or hack, there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to give me a ban.

After changing your name to Plautus, which I was absolutely content with, you changed it again. This time to Plautus 1936 Germany, a reference to the rise of the Nazi Party, and another referenced it as being offensive.

In short, your ban was earned. I gave you several opportunities to change your name to something more appropriate, but your bizarre insistence of trying to skirt a fundamental rule is what led to your ban.

I don't think arguying with you makes any sense.

In the Chat Log he posted, everyone can clearly see, that I made my point clear, the name rule was invented by Canada. And if Canada finds it offensive, I think it is his issue. A name itself cannot be offensive unless it is a statement like "go fuck yourself". But I merely Called myself Nazi Soldier, which was the German soldier of the year between 1933-1945. I am German, of course I am going to call myself that. We have reason to be proud. If you disagree, then that's your issue. I can be proud of my country/ history, he of his. I don't care either. If he hates my country, it's like I said it's his personal issue.

Besides he intentionally skipped my point that at the end my name was "Plautus Germany Nr.1" and kicked me.

Anyway I am a strong human, I will not bow down to your tyranny, Canada. You didn't make me change my opinion. Whenever I come back I will choose the name I want.

1.Racism & Insulting will not be tolerated.
This is probably our main rule on -[HELLO]-Bfv | Allmaps, and is not to be interpreted wrongly. While cussing, swearing, having controversial discussions and using controversial nicknames is allowed to a certain point, the line is crossed when someone is offended. So, what is offensive? This is one of the biggest issues we have in the community perception of ban reports. Obviously, people have different opinions and views on certain matters. So to clarify, something is offensive when someone is offended, even if the offender doesn't think it is. The least we can do then is to ask of him to stop bothering the person in question.

Moving on from what's generally offensive, to insulting. We ask you not to insult people in a offensive manner based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, disability status, age, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability or any other status that might really offend a person.

Considering the actions of the Nazis, I think they fit within this rule pretty well

3.Use common sense.
Use common sense, and don't try to find ways around the rules. Just because there's a list of rules, it doesn't mean that we'll never make any exceptions, the admins have permission to evaluate situations individually and ban on those grounds. This rule covers things like hacking and teamkilling. If you do find yourself in the grey area on one of the rules, don't expect the admin to sit by and wait for you to cross the line with the rulebook open in another window. The bans will always be posted on the website to get the chance to be evaluated by the community.

Promoting a government that killed millions and conducted genocide? Yeah...that's probably something common sense dictates not to do.

In the end, it is our server and the rules are put in place and upheld by us as we see fit. You might not see the problem with names like Nazi Soldier, but other people do, and there are lots of other Germans on the server who manage not to choose the sorts of names you do; especially after being told it will get them in trouble.

No, I am not ignoring the fact that you changed your name to Plautus Germany Nr.1; you're simply trying to divert the discourse from your offence. I switched to the remote manager to ban you, and while I was on the remote manager, you changed your name. I saw it when I returned from the remote manager. It was a coincidence of time, but what got you banned was your unwillingness to abide by the rules and follow a simple request.

As a point of note, with a ping of 357, you're not playing from Germany anyway. Again, just here to argue.

Please accept that you will indeed have to follow rules, and then play a game with the rest of us. There is a long list of players who have been banned for far more egregious offences. If your pride in your country precludes you being able to be on a server and play a game, then that is your choice, so stop blaming others for the troubles you bring upon yourself.

There is a difference between names like mine and those that refer to a government that, in Germany, committed mass genocide.

My name could refer to anything that involves killing, even the soldiers you are so proud of, but I use the name "SK" in-game anyway. We have people with the name "Headhunter", "Assassin", "originalFMJ" and "Ashogunnamedmarcus" but I don't believe anyone would find them nearly as offensive as calling yourself a Nazi Soldier.

Now, you can join with that name again and get a longer temporary ban or even a permanent ban if you want but if you'd actually like to continue playing the game, on our server, you're going to have to find another name.

I am not causing any problem in the game, all I want is to use the name I want, just like anyone else does. I have never insulted anyone in game nor do I hack.
Stopping me from playing merely because of a name is quite harsh and does not represent the value of democracy.
I am only here to play the game. Since I am banned I have to come to this forum instead to the game. That's why I am here. You don't give me any other choice.
I did nothing wrong choosing the name I want. So I don't understand the hate against me from Canada and SK. All I ask is to let me play and choose my unique name.
