FOR U ADMINS, SPECIALLY SK. WHERE ARE U WHEN U R NEEDED? TODAY A GUY NAMED REINSHIKY DID WHATEVER HE WANTED DESTROYING VEHICLES OF HIS OWN TEAM AND KILLING TEAMMATES. DID IT THROUGH THE WHOLE MAP. AND NO ADMIN WAS ON LINE. I SEE THIS UNFAIR, CAUSE WHEN I SAY SOMETHING U KICK ME OUT OF NOTHING BUT THIS GUY GOES UNPUNISHED. ALLOW VOTE TO KICK IF NO ADMIN ISNT ON LINE..

Firstly, you can stop with the giant all caps typing.

Secondly, chat-based offences are easy to deal with even if an admin is not on the server. If we allow vote to kick it'll become a mess and players that are disliked will repeatedly find themselves removed for no reason...
