Operation Flaming Dart = Base Rape

HelloMAX2 stated that it is okay for the NVA to base rape USA on this map, regardless of the amount of flags that are held. I would like confirmation from an Admin if this is true for this map?

On flaming dart teams are allowed to go for each others towers/bases etc.
Mainly because a team can have all the flags or none and still be able to spawn there so it doesn't function the same way "main raping" does on other maps.
