Base Rape on Flaming Dart?

HelloMAX2 stated that it is okay for the NVA to base rape USA on this map, regardless of the amount of flags that are held. I would like confirmation from an Admin?

do not rape US main if they have flags on the other island only when there out of flags
P.S i dont think admins care 2 were on when i was on today and they main raped us alot lol :evil:
