Alright,first off I would like to say that it would be near impossible not mentioning,or commenting about berserker.Because there are many things related to it,so I hope its not going off-topic,thats why I avoided posting on the other topic from the ban list.
So,where can we start?Well its been months since I have first started playing on Bfv|All maps,but I think it started to happen more or less lets say in between November/December...Although it was already ocurring before that time,it was in those months that somehow it started getting worse.Now,I have nothing against any admin,whether he is from the BOB or Hello clan,certain people think I have something with berserker,that I enjoy "provoking"/"insulting" him?No,even if sometimes I get outraged or very much annoyed by the things he does,which I personally find unfair,I have never said I hate him or tried to provoke/insult him.
I try to be as kind and nice as possible,however,it's not very likely im going to get along with somebody who thinks everything I have ever said,has some sort of sexual/insulting remark in it,I mean look at some examples from a previous post of his:

I don't know why you choose to hate me,at certain times you even try to make it something personal,by calling me boy or kid,in fact I even remember a time when you insulted my language,(Portuguese),by saying that it was a dumb and rude language,if you think I even felt offended by that for even second well you failed then.
Because personally I think you cannot classify 200 million people dumb and rude,I simply ignored that since it was coming from you and I was already accustomed to that,and then when I said something after that you told me not to respond,but I did anyway and I got kicked...Anyway I think way off topic now and differently from you I am not gonna trun this into some kind of "picking" topic,(like you did with me in your latest post),my main point is...
That I didn't mean to be making offensive comments to anyone or anything,and yes the sexual comments,I agree I have taken them a bit too far,but I cannot deal with an admin who hates me for some reason uknown even to myself...
Furthermore,I apologise deeply sincerely for both of the two penis jokes I made in the bans.
I will be avilable for discussion on the matter on Xfire(idunnop300) or here on the forum.

So what?Do you mean that I should have been warned because of such remarks...?And the final comment there "Tank Whores", I have told you inumerous times it has to do with a video on the internet,and please spare me if you post something,( if you even do),like "No thats sexual related,or its offensive to people who use tanks regularly",ok because except for you no other admin/player found that offensive.And how on earth does fruit loops deserve a warning?
