About gamespy shutdown

Couldnt find any thread so i am posting this here.
Maybe some of you heard that gamespy is shuting down their servers.
First they said a lot of games lobby servers are going offline then they said that all BF games wont be affected and now they say just bfbc2 bf2142 and bf2 won't be.
Wth?

We should do something. And if they really destroy the fine bfv multiplayer then they should make it opensource before.

I'll try to keep the following topic up to date: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=6498

From what I know no decision has been made as Origin later clarified their tweet that said a decision was made into something along the lines of looking into a solution but having no decision as of yet.
