3rd time for me seeing him using BoB tags
1st time (Long ago) I thought he was a legit Clan member
2nd time Last week some time, I looked him up and questioned him about Tags and when I asked him "who recruited you", his response was "The Krout" ...I assumed he was talking about Berserker.
By the time I was able to take action, he left.
3rd time I just took action.
Ban would have been 1 day but the "Krout" crap got under my skin

I thought he was recruited by Berserker early this year/late last year? On ho chi or cambodian... :S Atleast that's where I remember seeing him. He's also on your xfire roster in the "member" group...http://classic.xfire.com/communities/ba ... ?view=list "MaxPower$r"

Possibly was recruited By Berserker and I did see his name on the list but not as a BoB. All our Clan members are asked to change their XFire NicName to include Tags and to add All CLs to their Friends list so we know who is who.
I did want to ask him more like, adding me to his Friends list and talk for a moment but when I asked him in game chat, who recruited him and he said "The Krout" , that turned me off by our Clans and HELLO's Standards.
As a CL, even if this guy Is a BoB Clan Player, I have already decided to have him remove his Tags because of his statement. I will inform Frank as to what went on with MaxPowers and If Frank wants to re-enter him in the Clan, so be it.

I removed the ban only because The Subject (Title) was about him wearing Illegal Tags. I Have not heard from Berserker Yet. I Did keep the ban on for a bit only because of the him using the word Krout or however its spelled.
